The Wyoming Food Coalition hosted the Food Rescue Rendezvous earlier this month on September 5, 2025, to bring together folks working in food security and sovereignty, sustainability, and community participation frameworks.  
 

Local partners shared solutions for developing partnerships, moving rescued food efficiently, even in rural areas, and building their organizations through listening to, engaging, and involving their communities. We toured community composting facilities and gardens. 

The panel and networking opportunities sparked new connections and highlighted our shared mission to build a resilient, just, and sustainable food system in Wyoming.
