USDA Regenerative Pilot Program
In December 2025, NRCS launched the NRCS Regenerative Pilot Program, a farmer first, outcomes-based approach to conservation designed to return the agency to its core mission – helping people help the land. NRCS is investing $700 million to specifically support regenerative agriculture, including:

$400 million through the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP); and
-
$300 million through the Conservation Stewardship Program (CSP)

Need-based fee forgiveness of up to 90% on both Rooted subscription and transaction fees for minimum one year

GroMoreGood Grassroots Grant
Any nonprofit organization, school district, university, government entity, or tax-exempt organization, such as religious organizations and Tribal governments serving at least 15 youth is eligible to apply. Applicants must be planning to use the funds to install new or improve existing youth gardens or greenspaces. In 2026, 120 programs will receive $750 - $1,500 in funding.

Farmer Veteran fellowship fund
The Farmer Veteran Fellowship Fund is a small grant program that provides direct assistance to veterans who are in their beginning years of farming or ranching. The Fellowship Fund does not give money directly to the veteran, but rather to third-party vendors for items the veteran has identified will make a crucial difference in the launch of their farm business. Awards range from $1,000 to $5,000

The Fruit GUys Community Fund
up to $5000 grants that have big positive impacts for small, independent American farms and agricultural non-profit organizations, which are catalysts for local environmental and economic self-sufficiency, sustainability, and food access.

Child Health Funding Proposals
The Child Health Program seeks applications from community-based organizations for programs and services. The purpose of this funding is to support community-led initiatives that increase food sufficiency among Wyoming families with children ages 0 through 18.

Natoora Farm Fund Grants/Nominations
2025 -2026 Farm Fund grants are open to growers aged 35 or under who are based in the USA, UK, Australia, and Europe, who are committed to an agroecological philosophy and practice.

$30,000 Transformation Grant requires a fully fledged business case and statement of intent.

$8,000 or $15,000 grants, complete application form. ensure your answers demonstrate that the use of the funds has been carefully planned and costed, and that the funding will deliver tangible, meaningful impact.

RMFU Micro Grants: regenerative Agriculture and local food access
Farms will be eligible for one of two tiers of grants based on gross farm income:

Farms with a gross income of $15,000 – $100,000 will be eligible for grants of up to $5,000.

Farms with a gross income of over $100,000 will be eligible for grants of up to $15,000.
k-12 Youth
Mini-Grant
open to youth sites serving youth with limited resources (schools, afterschool programs, Boys & Girls Clubs, weekend food bag programs, etc.) that are working to increase opportunities for nutrition, food security, and physical activity at the youth site
Grants up to $500; due Sept 2025 or until funding is expended
Women in Ranching COmmunity Regrant
financial backing up to $2,000 for women-led workshops and educational projects that build skills focused around essential land and livestock work

veteran farmer of excellence award
Nominations close Sept. 2, 2025. The recipient of the award will receive $10,000 plus reimbursement of up to $5,000 in travel and other expenses
Fund-a-Farmer Welfare Improvement Grants up to $3,500 each

Slow Food in the Tetons: teton Farmer's Grant
Slow Food in the Tetons offers an annual fund to support local agriculture. Grant requests can be up to $10,000. Multiple smaller grants may be considered. Grant funds are raised by Slow Food in the Tetons, with additional support from the Teton Conservation District.

USDA Bridge Payments for Specialty Crop Growers
USDA announced $12B in one-time Farmer Bridge Payments, and shared that $1B is reserved for commodities not covered in the primary program, such as specialty crops and sugar. Details and timelines for specialty-crop payments are still being developed.
