MANAGE THE BUSINESS AS WELL AS YOU MANAGE THE LAND

Many early-career agrarians gain production experience but struggle with the business and financial skills needed for management or entrepreneurship — especially in the arid West, where training programs can be costly and time-consuming. To bridge this gap, we offer a management-level training program designed to meet ranchers and graziers where they are.

Applications for the Manager Fellowship are now open for the next season, running from October to late April 2027.

Applications close September 20.
