Local Food Feature Challenge

The Taste of Wyoming Festival is an annual event, now in its fourth year, that celebrates the culinary diversity of Wyoming. It typically features a variety of food trucks who showcase their products and dishes.

This year, the Wyoming Food Coalition is teaming up with the Taste of Wyoming Festival to promote local agriculture and Wyoming-made products. In this "Local Food Feature Challenge," we invite Food Trucks to enter a cook-off featuring local foods. Food trucks must incorporate three local ingredients of their choice into a signature dish. The Wyoming Food Coalition will provide local food sourcing support for all chefs and food trucks by August 12, one month before the event.

Three cash prizes will be awarded for the best use of local ingredients (evaluated by a panel).
