Cari Cuffney is the SUN Bucks Program Manager for the Wyoming Department of Family Services. Her interest in food security comes from her population health background and a deep desire to go upstream to give children, families, and communities their best chance at thriving. She has also pursued this mission at the Wyoming Department of Health, Wyoming Department of Family Services, for private philanthropy, and through her own private practice under Off Piste Strategies LLC. In her free time, Cari enjoys backpacking, skiing, gardening, and hanging out with her husband and a very spoiled flock of backyard chickens.
Marianne Kerzman has spent more than a decade fighting food insecurity and advocating for Wyoming communities. For the past three years, she has worked with the Wyoming Department of Education’s Summer Food Service Program, ensuring children have access to healthy meals when school is out. Marianne’s deep roots in state nutrition programs also include 10 years of service with the Wyoming Department of Family Services, where she worked with the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). She is deeply passionate about her work.
Morgan McCullough is the SNAP Program Manager for the Wyoming Department of Family Services, where she has dedicated the past 14 years to serving Wyoming residents through a variety of eligibility and program leadership roles. Throughout her career with the Department, she has progressed from Eligibility Specialist to Supervisor and now serves as Program Manager, bringing extensive experience and a deep understanding of public assistance programs. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time with her family, working in her backyard, and sewing her latest quilt.
Ann Clement is the Executive Director of Wyoming 211, a free phone service and searchable online database that connects people with community, health and disaster services.
