Vendor Showcase at the WY Food Coalition Conference!

Exhibit and sell your products at a direct to buyer location and connect with distributors, storefront owners/managers, food hubs, schools, restaurants, and more for only a $100 tabling fee. Last year, we had over 100 attendees! Bring samples, item lists, pricing guides, and products to sell. Your tabling ticket also includes access to conference programming and meals on Friday. If you are bringing additional people to help, please consider purchasing a conference ticket to help support our work. 

We have built in designated time for attendees to visit vendor’s tables during this conference during morning and afternoon breaks, from 11 am - 1 pm on Friday, and during the Networking/Social Hour at the end of the day. Attendees are encouraged through fun programming (like our Local Food Bingo) to visit our vendors throughout the day!

Friday, November 13:

• 7:30 - 8 am: Vendor Set Up

• 8 am - 4:15 pm: Conference Tracks at the Agricultural Resource and Learning Center

• 8 am - 5:00 pm: Vendor & Sponsor Showcase

• 5:00 - 6:30 pm: Networking & Social Hour at the Agricultural Resource and Learning Center

• Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Heavy Hors D'Oeuvres included

Vendors can bring any Wyoming Food Freedom products. Food Freedom products must be properly labeled for sale. *Certain meats are not included in the Wyoming Food Freedom Act and are required to be USDA/State processed. PLEASE NOTE: Vendors receive free entry to the conference tracks on November with this tabling ticket. Please purchase Thursday and Saturday tickets if you wish to attend those sessions!
