funding opportunity
The Child Health Program seeks applications from community-based organizations for programs and services that align with the following Title V National Performance Measure (NPM):
increasing the percentage of children, ages 0 through 11, whose households are always able to afford to eat good, nutritious food
This funding opportunity will be expanded to households with children aged 0 through 18. The purpose of this funding is to support community-led initiatives that increase food sufficiency among Wyoming families with children ages 0 through 18. Projects funded under this opportunity should align with the NPM for food sufficiency and contribute to improving access to nutritious foods, reducing barriers to food access, and promoting sustainable communities.
