GENERAL INFORMATION:
DIVISION: Rocky Mountain Farmers Union Foundation
REPORTS TO: Director of Strategic Engagement
SALARY RANGE: $60,000-$75,000

review beginning on May 29, 2026.
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The AgWell Coordinator leads the development, implementation, and expansion of the RMFU Foundation’s AgWell program, supporting the well-being and resilience of agricultural communities across the Rocky Mountain region. This position coordinates educational programming, trainings, partnerships, and outreach efforts focused on stress management, mental health awareness, and community support within agriculture. The AgWell Coordinator also oversees program administration, including pursuing funding opportunities, managing grant reporting requirements, and coordinating its grant application process that funds AgWell programming. This is a grant-funded position with funding expected for a minimum of four more years.
