This unique position offers the perfect blend of meaningful community work & seasonal flexibility: full-time during our busy harvest season (May-Sept) and part-time in the winter months (Oct-April).
Our Program Associate will lead critical initiatives including our Summer Weekend Meals for Kids program, coordinate Veggie Basket pickups, manage Little Free Pantries, & help track the impact of all our programs across Campbell County.

Position highlights:
$19-21/hour depending on experience
Hybrid/remote
PTO & 12 paid holidays
Start date: April 13, 2026
